POST YOUR KUNG FU FILM COLLECTION

Postby pollypolly » Tue Feb 19, 2013 8:20 pm

Who still owns DVD releases of kung fu movies?

Who still buys DVD/Blu-ray releases of kung fu movies?

Who still owns VCDs, VHS tapes or Laserdiscs of kung fu movies?

In my 7 years on this forum, I've rarely seen fans post pictures of their collections.

Is your collection a pile of DVDRs? Is your entire collection on a hard drive or do you have wall-to-wall DVDs and Video Tapes?

Let's use this thread to post our collections no matter how small or big.

If you don't mind Senior Mods, I'm making this one a sticky.

To all, please try and participate if possible.

I can't post pictures of my collection because I don't know how to do it and I have too many movies in several places, but I can tell you that I have a big collection of Shaw Brother's dvds and vcds, other kung fu movies also on dvds and I even kept my old vhs of this kind of movies, even if some of them are so old that they don't play anymore, or the quality print was too bad when I bought them but there wasn't better quality at that time...

And of course, for the very rare I couldn't find on any site, I had to buy dvd-r on sites such as flk...

I have about 1,100 on DVD+R Discs.
I had about 2,000 on a storage site called Megaupload (rather than clutter my Hard Drive) I managed to retrieve a third of my movies back from Megaupload, but, i'm slowly building up what i lost. I'll try to post a picture(s) of my collection.

I look forward to seeing other peoples collections, and in particular, pollypollys's.

I have about 700 dvds/blu-ray, most of the dvd cases are thrown away, the dvds are paired up into dvd slips, in two black boxes. 20-30 on VHS, slowly converting onto my PC HD. I would like to add a photo but I don't know how to do it on this forum.

Guys, to post pictures all you need to do is upload your photo to an image hosting site like Imageshack.

Click on Insert Image when you create a new post and copy paste the link that was generated from the image host.

Alternatively you can select Upload Photo and select the file straight from your computer.

Does the 'Upload Photo' works for anyone below the rank of Affiliate?

I think you need to be an affiliate to be able to upload to our server.
