Have anybody bought the new asian version for "When Tai Kwan Do Strikes" yet? How was the quality of the subs etc.? I bought the Broaken Oath DVD and was wondering if anybody could place it how the quality compares to that title from the same company.

Angela Mao played in the Taiwanese series Book and sword chronicles 1984, with Yu Tien Long playing Adam Cheng\'s role in Book and sword 1976.

Does anyone know if she also played in other series and if so, what are the titles and where to find them, please ?

Thanks for the answer.

I watched it ; the fights are good, but, as I had watched Book and sword 1976 from the TVB with Adam Cheng before watching this one, I think that the TVB\'s one is far better. Yu Tien Long isn\'t as good as Adam Cheng, though I also appreciate Yu Tien Long too.
However, there are some points of the TVB\'s story which are more clearly explained in the 1984 series and the ending is a little bit different. For the rest, it\'s almost the same scenes and Tien Feng plays a hatable bad guy just as Shih Kien did it in the TVB one ; Shih Kien is better in my opinion...

If you watch the 1984 series without watching the TVB one, it\'s a good series and Angela Mao is very good in each of her fight, but who would have doubt this ?!!!
