Postby Silver & Gold Dragon » Thu Aug 12, 2010 8:17 pm

I think we are all very familiar with the Dubbers voices more so that people we've, so I was interest in knowing their I do know of one, Ted Thomas often think of him as villain probably most famously as Lo Lieh in 36th Chamers

Shame we dont have any interviews with any of the dubbers i recognise the voice of gorden liu in many of my other films just makes you wonder if they had the same dubbing team for say all the shaws and a different set for jackies films or different production companys or was it all handled buy the people who imported the film.
would be crazy if they were interviewing one of the dubbers and he laughed and it was the laugh we all know evil one.

It would seem there is a BBC radio 3 & 4 announcer who did Kung Fu dubs

But according to the BBC article he did THE ONE ARMED SWORDSMAN which was point out to me over at KFCF that he would have been 11 when the film came out.

He was talked about on KFCF back in 2008

I don't know what movies she did, but she did some dubbing for Shaw Brothers. As it says in this thread, it is possible even though she recorded a dub it was never used.
