Nice topic!
Definitely The Condemned - that flick's awesome... Swordsman And Enchantress really surprised me - a classic film... and I thoroughly enjoyed Call To Arms as well - great end fight.
Other than that Mad Monk Strikes Again is probably one of the most fun spirited Shaw films i've seen (more of a fantasy film than a kung though) and i'm a HUGE sucker for the 4 Li Han Hsian directed Emperor Chien Lung films (not the mediocre original from some other director whose name I can't remember though...), they're kind of like kung fu films with the fights structured as wits battles instead with a little nice Tang Chia action here and there...
Also The King With My Face, and one of my all-time favourites: Hidden Power Of Dragon Sabre.
Probably a good few others yet to spring to mind...

DEADLY DUO (I know it's a classic but I don't see it get that much of a mention.)
