A minimum of 2 hrs up to a maximum of 4 hrs a day of intense training. If you're not pushing yourself then you could train for 10hrs a day and get no benefits.
I try and take sundays off as a rest day but usually end up doing some cardio work for between 1 and 2 hrs.
are there any training exercises you all have to share?
I've cut down a lot on using weights (down to about 4 specific exercises with them now) and have been using motorcycle inner-tubes instead over the past several months and have had far superior results. Bearing in mind I am not trying to gain a good shape, muscle mass or anything like that. All of my supplemental training is to enhance my martial arts and fighting ability.

Is anybody still active in any kind of discipline or training for fitness?
Pete Jr's 3sets of 100 Press ups & Sit ups is impressive.
