Since we have people who are skilled with it, I have a question about the chi blast. I was watching some videos with taichi practicioners who been pushing people over from 10ft away. Is this possible? How does the energy blast work?
Difficult question mate ........can only be answered by one who knows Chi......My father specialises in Chi.....but sadly I have no real idea of this technique as yet!!!

See Vid on Youtube......

I took a longer break in taekwondo. I am not healthy enough and I am having some problems with my hips (and legs overall). At this moment, I decided to choose taichi (my tkd master told me that I made a good choice because my health needs it). All I can say is WOW... taichi is so COMPLEX, it takes many, many years of patience and perseverance to understand how does taichi work and even more to master it.
