Knowing about a print and actually having that print are two entirely different things. For instance, I know someone who has a print of Magic Ring. now, that doesn't mean it's my print, and it doesn't mean I can steal it and make a project out of it.

Right, then it has to be converted to DVD format otherwise it won't work on a DVD player. Follow the advice in my first post. Best of luck.

When you view the file on your PC can you see the file extension? The file extension is a tiny bit of data at the end of the file name that tells you what it is.
